- Email receipt photos to the address I give you, or forward Home Depot and Lowe's e-receipts. Bank or Square CSV exports are welcome too.
- Within 48 hours you get a Google Sheet ledger, a one-page Schedule C summary PDF, and a QuickBooks-ready CSV.

What I do and do not do
- I organize and categorize. I do not prepare or file tax returns, and I do not give tax advice. Every category is a suggestion for your preparer to confirm.
- I never ask for your Social Security Number, EIN, bank login, or full account numbers.
- Your files are stored encrypted and deleted on request. Processing happens outside the United States; the consent form explains this.
